SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Italise Cosmetics. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We offer free UK Mainland and Northern Island Shipping and we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday out on the SAME DAY, we do not ship on bank holidays or weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping
We ship internationally but due to the current climate it may take a bit longer for you to receive your goods but if after 15days, you have not received your items please contact us at enquiries@italisecosmetics and we will look into this to locate your items. Any refunds are applicable they will be issued once the item(s) have been returned back to us. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
Upon receipt of your purchase if you sate unhappy with your order please contact us within 30days to see if you are eligible for a refund. You must have your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to health and safety, beauty products and intimate items can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless faulty. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on beauty products or intimate items that are simply unwanted or change of mind. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on sale products.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Sale products
If a item is faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days. Please note whilst staying true to the style, each of our lash may slightly differ. This is because they are handmade and is not a manufacturing fault.
Once photographic proof of the postal receipt and damaged or faulty goods is received, you will then be asked to return the faulty or damaged goods. You then have 14 days from this date of approval to return any approved return item(s). Once your return is received we will then inspect the return item and then if approved we will then issue an exchange or full refund via your original method of payment. If the item is faulty or damaged and you require an exchange for the same item please send an email to enquiries@italisecosmetics.com.
Items purchased with a gift card can only be refunded In the form of store credit.
Feel free to opt for a credit note. That way you can begin to shop for your replacement purchase immediately, without having to wait for your refund to process, or alternately, you don't have to choose an exchange item right away. If you'd prefer a credit note send an email to enquiries@italisecosmetics.com.
Please note: To complete your return, exchange or credit note, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back before confirmation.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your original method of payment will be credited automatically within a certain amount of days. Part of this refund process is out of our hands — no matter how quickly we initiate the refund, we still need to rely on the payment provider and your financial institution to complete the refund in a timely manner.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If and item is defective or damaged it is eligible for an exchange . Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please not shipping, freight, hazard charge, service charge, oversize fees and drop ship fees are no refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item of high value you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
